Zemaitis 1974 A/C 6st CUSTOM DELUXE

1974年のカスタム･デラックス。1993年日本に上陸していらい、幾多ものコピーモデルの犠牲となった、ゼマイティス・アコースティック最高峰の6弦である。ハートをとりまく白蝶貝のインレイは控えめなレイアウトで、ボディーを取り巻くゼブラのインレイ、手の込んだ美しいブリッジ、どれをとってもトニーを天才と評価するにふさわしい逸品。ルックス以上に印象に残るのが、このギターの織り成す鈴を鳴らすようなサウンド。ライヴ仕様で、トニーがオリジナルでPUを搭載している。ボディーの幅は、GibsonのSuper 400よりも若干広いため、既製品では収納できるハードケースが無く、トニー特製のケースが付属している。

1974 Custom Deluxe. Summit of Zemaitis' 6-strings, wrongfully copied a number of times since its introduction to Japan in 1993. Discreetly laid out mother of pearls inlays around heart-shaped sound hole, zebra stripe inlays on body edge, ornate bridge, every one of these details shows Tony's genius. More impressive still than its looks is the tinkling, clear sound. To be played live, it is fitted with Tony's original pick-up. Slightly wider than Gibson's Super 400, it cannot fit into ready-made hard cases, so it comes with an original case made by Tony.
